About the Role
Reporting to the Makesafe Services Manager, the Makesafe Project Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all Building Makesafe projects received for the state of Victoria from end to end of the project. Makesafe Project Coordinator is accountable for the operational performance of the assigned projects and/or tasks, including but not limited to, registration of projects, triage of calls, general project administration including updating portals, engaging of sub-contractor, direct trades and suppliers, collating of supporting documents, managing on going hire items, reporting and preparation of file for invoicing and debtors.
