You will be in regular contact with clients, internal staff members and customers to keep them updated regarding their claims ensuring a seamless claims process.Key ActivitiesProcess new claims, schedule estimators and submit quotes Answer incoming calls & make outbound calls relating to claimsUpdate notes to internal and client systemsPrepare and provide documentation relating to the claimIssue purchase orders to specialist tradesApprove incoming invoices from respective trades Scope / contract amendments for presentation purposes Essential Capabilities and BehavioursProven customer service and communication skillsStrong administrative and organisational skillsAbility to plan and prioritiseHigh level of computer competencyClaims experience (desirable)Insurance and/or building industry experience (desirable)As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.Why join us?
