About the RoleAn office based Repair Coordinator is required for our busy office in Hobart, Tasmania. The Repair Coordinator is responsible for the management of a portfolio of repair projects and to coordinate the reinstatement works to complete the insurance claim for the Customer (policyholder). The Repair Coordinator’s objective is to complete works in a timely and cost effective manner whilst always focusing on customer service needs for the Policyholder and Client (Insurer).We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong customer service and organisational background to enhance our close-knit team.
