For more than 30 years we have specialized in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.About the RoleAn office based Project Coordinator is required for our busy Perth Office. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and overall success of the Client Portfolio and is accountable for the end to end operational performance of the Client.  Responsibilities relate to Revenue and Margin results as well as Quote Success activity. The Coordinators objective is to ensure, quality and timely project delivery by developing and maintaining strong relationship with the partner trade base. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong customer service and organisational background to enhance our close-knit team. Working in in close partnership with our Estimators and Supervisors, the Project Coordinator ensures repairs are completed in line with our internal and client’s service level agreements and will deliver excellent customer service outcomes for the Customer (Policyholder) and Client (insurer &/or loss adjuster).Capabilities and BehavioursSolid project coordination experience in small-medium reinstatement workProven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial propertiesExperience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliersAbility to handle with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.Strong verbal and written communicationInterpersonal skills to with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers building long term relationshipsAble to develop business through quality service deliveryKnowledge and ExperienceThorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirementsUnderstanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislationTrack record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accountsPrevious experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levelsProven Business Development experience within the Insurance industry.Experience in the insurance repair industry is essentialOur company places a strong emphasis on building long-standing working relationships.
