For further information please go to: www.baybuildinggroup.com.auAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple insurance repair portfolios. This role includes a range administrative duties, whilst assisting the on site Supervisor with the management of insurance repair projects from the point of authorisation through to completion of the project. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong customer service and organisational background to enhance our close-knit team.Duties include but are not limited to:Creating schedules of works for trades and repairsLiaising with Supervisors and TradesMonitoring budgets and cost controlManaging all purchase orders and invoicesProviding regular progress updates to stakeholders via internal systems and client portalsCollating photos and other associated documents for reports and quotationsCapabilities and BehavioursStrong verbal and written communicationExpert organisation and time management skillsInterpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build both internal and external relationshipsProven skills in construction for building repairs to both domestic and commercial propertiesCapacity to excel in high tempo environment with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge and ExperienceSolid coordination experience in small-medium reinstatement workThorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirementsUnderstanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislationPrevious experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levelsExperience in the insurance repair industry is highly desirable High level of computer competencyWhy join us?
