About the Role

Reporting to the Operation Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration of multiple property restoration claims. You will be in regular contact with clients, internal staff members and customers to keep them updated regarding their claims ensuring a seamless claims process.

Key Activities

  • Process new claims, schedule estimators and submit quotes 
  • Answer incoming calls & make outbound calls relating to claims
  • Manage all aspects of allocated make-safe restoration and cleaning work orders
  • Update notes to internal and client systems
  • Prepare and provide documentation relating to the claim
  • Approve incoming invoices from respective trades 
  • Scope / contract amendments for presentation purposes 
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
