For further information please go to: www.baybuildinggroup.com.auAbout the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously from the planning stage, to site establishment, and then final hand-over. The role is both office-based and site-based in flood effected Melbourne Metro & VIC Regional areas and works alongside our internal construction teams as well as liaising with trades, suppliers and clients.Key activities (include but are not limited to):Full end-to-end Project Management Organisation, scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects Cost management of all contractor and supplier invoicesStrong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time framesLiaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updatesPromoting and ensuring a safe and WHS compliant work placeKey Professional Skills and Qualifications:Ideally 5+ years experience in commercial project managementTrade/Degree qualified with a Carpentry or Building background preferredThorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection points, building standards and WHS complianceTrack record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accountsExceptional organisational and time management skillsProactive and outcome focusedExceptional attention to detail with excellent communicationWhy join us?
