About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the NSW Claims Team and kick start or continue your rewarding career in building and/or insurance.

Key Activities

  • Processing of new allocations into Bay Building systems
  • Provide administrative support to the NSW estimating team  
  • Scheduling of appointments over NSW
  • Submission of quotes & reports via client Portals/systems
  • Answering inbound phones calls form insurer, customers and trades

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have previous customer service experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
  • High level of computer competency
  • Insurance and/or building industry experience (desirable)

As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
