This is an integral role within the division and is responsible for delivery of jobs across both residential and commercial insurance reinstatement projects. This role covers Perth and south of Perth with limited travel required to Kalbarri. The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all site-based operations such as:-Engaging trades and monitoring progressForecasting monthly revenue according to project completion datesPreparing schedulesQuality assuranceAdherence to WH&S standardsClient liaisonManaging budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clientsWorking alongside our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role.Skills and ExperienceProven skills in construction supervision for building repairs to both domestic and commercial propertiesAbility to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting prioritiesExperience working directly with clients, building consultants and construction related trades/suppliersStrong verbal and written communicationThorough understanding of the construction process from concept to handover and WHS requirementsAbility to interpret plans and engineers’ drawingsUnderstanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standardsDue to our business being heavily weather related and linked closely to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required. Why join us? Flexible hybrid WFH options after probationJB HI-FI DiscountsBirthday Leave after probationRegular Trade Discounts BUPA Health Insurance DiscountsAccess to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyInterested? About the Role

Skills and Experience

  • Proven skills in construction supervision for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants and construction related trades/suppliers
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process from concept to handover and WHS requirements
  • Ability to interpret plans and engineers’ drawings
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards

Due to our business being heavily weather related and linked closely to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required.
