About the Role

The main objective of a Project Coordinator is to ensure quality and timely project delivery which involves creating project schedules, repair methodology, compliance requirements and cost effective budget control for clients.   • Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
  • Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
  • Promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in domestic and commercial construction project management (highly desirable) 
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection points, required statutory compliance and WHS compliance
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
