This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys stakeholder management, and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.     The Opportunity

    You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Some interstate travel will be required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-end management of building and remediation projects
    • Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
    • Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules
    • Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
    • Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and key stakeholders
    • Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety at all times
    • Managing risk, variations, and claims effectively
    • Driving quality assurance and client satisfaction

    About You

    • Proven experience managing major or complex construction projects (insurance or remediation experience highly regarded)
    • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
    • Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
    • Relevant trade, construction, or project management qualifications
    • Understanding of Australian building codes, compliance, and WHS standards
    • Experience using Procore, Aconex or similar PM platforms
