About the Role
An office based Project Coordinator is required for our busy Sydney Office. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and overall success of the Client Portfolio and is accountable for the end to end operational performance of the Client. Responsibilities relate to Revenue and Margin results as well as Quote Success activity. The Coordinators objective is to ensure, quality and timely project delivery by developing and maintaining strong relationship with the partner trade base.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong customer service and organisational background to enhance our close-knit team. Working in in close partnership with our Estimators and Supervisors, the Project Coordinator ensures repairs are completed in line with our internal and client’s service level agreements and will deliver excellent customer service outcomes for the Customer (Policyholder) and Client (insurer &/or loss adjuster).

As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required as part of the role during these event times to assist in the increased workload.
