The Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and overall success of the Client Portfolio and is accountable for the end to end operational performance of the Client.  Responsibilities relate to Revenue and Margin results as well as Quote Success activity. The Coordinators objective is to ensure, quality and timely project delivery by developing and maintaining strong relationship with the partner trade base. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong customer service and organisational background to enhance our close-knit team. About the Role

An office based Project Coordinator is required for our busy Sydney Office.   • Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
  • Ability to handle with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills to with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers building long term relationships
  • Able to develop business through quality service delivery

Knowledge and Experience

  • Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
  • Previous experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels
  • Experience working over IAG and Youi accounts is looked on favorably
  • Experience in the insurance repair industry is essential
