Whilst the role is based in VIC we are looking for the right candidate to be flexible to work WA hours.The Project Coordinator works within the restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within the client set KPI’s. Key activities include but are not limited to:Project coordination of small-medium repairs Schedule trades/ technicians/ specialistsCost management through claim life and handling of trade invoicesFocus on KPIs and client agreementsCollate photos and documents for reports and quotationsEffectively liaise with stakeholders Essential Capabilities and Behaviours Strong verbal and written communicationExpert organisational and time management skillsInterpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationshipsExceptional multitasking abilitiesAbility to thrive in a teamStrong attention to detail Desirable Skills (not essential)Experience in insurance repair coordinationExperience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accountsDue to our business being mostly weather related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
