The successful applicant will work closely with Construction, Estimating, Legal/Compliance and Finance teams, as well as Certifiers, Councils, Engineering consultants and other regulatory bodies.This position requires pre-construction compliance and regulatory approval experience, including familiarity with building permits, planning processes, engineering documentation, DBI/HOW/BWI requirements and associated compliance risks.   • Liaise proactively with Councils, Engineering consultants, Certifiers and internal teams
  • Issue purchase orders and submit required documentation to Accounts Payable
  • Support compliance checks and internal audits
  • Proactively audit WIP to ensure compliance to State based contract & BWI requirements
  • Identify improvements in workflow, documentation quality and process discipline
  • As required, support Trade Services compliance activities and compliance tasks within the broader Corporate Services compliance remit.
