The Role We are looking for an experienced restoration leader to grow and develop our NSW/ACT restoration business across water, flood, fire, chemical and related property restoration projects. You will lead the NSW restoration team delivering small, medium and large domestic and commercial projects for insurance and facility management clients. You are accountable for site-based estimating and supervision work as well as the wider operational running of the regions quality, timeliness, safety and the region's commercial performance. Your direct reports are state-based project coordinators and internal technicians, and you will manage a panel of partner contractors. You will also work alongside our national project coordination team, who support our national client accounts. The role reports to the Executive General Manager | Restoration. The Role

About You!

Proven experience in both domestic and commercial restoration works:

  • Experience in the insurance restoration industry (essential)
  • IICRC certification
  • A thorough understanding of the restoration process, relevant restoration standards and WHS requirements
  • A track record of establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships and accounts
  • Proven business development experience within the restoration industry
  • Existing relationships across the insurance and/or facility management restoration industries
  • The ability to plan and organise your team's work - setting goals, targets and schedules to deliver
  • People management and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and constructively review the work of others
  • The ability to run multiple projects at once with competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and the interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships internally and externally

  • White Card
  • National police check
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
