About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously from the planning stage, to site establishment, and then final hand-over. The role is both office-based and site-based and works alongside our internal construction teams as well as liaising with trades, suppliers and clients.
Key activities (include but are not limited to):
- Full end-to-end Project Management
- Organisation, scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects
- Cost management of all contractor and supplier invoices
- Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
- Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
- Promoting and ensuring a safe and WHS compliant work place
Key Professional Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally 5+ years experience in commercial project management
- Trade/Degree qualified with a Carpentry or Building background preferred
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection points, building standards and WHS compliance
- Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and outcome focused
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication
