About The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery of small, medium and large domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects across Adelaide. 

The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as:

  • quality assurance
  • adherence to WH&S
  • client liaison
  • make safes
  • engaging trades
  • preparing schedules
  • forecasting monthly revenue and project completion dates and
  • managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients.

The procurement and overall management of our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role. 

Occasional travel, and overtime, is required.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisors License highly desirable
  • White card
  • Drivers License, WWC and Induction Card 
  • First Aid Certificate 
  • Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)

Key Professional Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in construction/building supervision 
  • Clear knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing
  • AS3740
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements
  • Estimation skills (desirable)
  • Trade qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on construction sites
