For more than 30 years we have specialised in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.About the RoleThe Account Manager is ‘subject matter expert’ for a key Client (Insurer). The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship management of the Client as well as maintaining effective connections within their area business.  The overall aim of the Account Manager is to maintain the contractual agreement as well as grow potential business from the client for BBS & Linx Restoration Services.Key Requirements:Facilitates the development of sustainable relationships Client side.Monitor & influence the Client Scorecard / SLAs.Actively manage and resolve escalations (time, cost, quality and warranty).Monitor and report on financial status, incl strike rate & margin.Partner with internal stakeholders to fully integrate and deliver client contract.Capabilities and BehavioursMotivated self-starter, professional and positive attitudeSales and results drivenAbility to work to and achieve growth targets in a strategic mannerStrong written and verbal communication skillsMaintaining sustainable, healthy relationshipsKnowledge and ExperienceConstruction/Insurance background preferredProven Account Management / or Client Liaison experience within the Insurance industry.Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accountsPrevious experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levelsIf you feel you have the a positive can do attitude and relevant experience, please APPLY NOW as we would be happy to hear from you.  AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Bentleigh East 3165
